Atelier A.F.A is a collaboration of highly trained professionals artists, photographers and master printers that have served the Utah community for many years and hope to keep doing so for more to come.
We take interest in all forms of art media photography old and new.
We offer a variety of scanning options to best meet your needs. Our studio scans can accomodate large paintings, unique textures and delicate surfaces. Studio scans range in size from 50MB to 800MB, in TIFF and JPG format.
For smaller photographs and prints, we offer flatbed scanning up to 11x17.
Our flatbed scanning also offers solution to odd sized vintage negatives that no longer are supported by traditional scanners.
We can print up to 60 inches wide, length being determine by the file size.
Giclee materials meet museum archival standard. Our canvas include hand rolled application of special varnish that protects the print from ultraviolet light, scratching, yellowing and adds a waterproof protection.
A color corrected digital copy is included in our first print price. We provide a test proof for you to approve before proceeding with the final print.
We offer "Fine Art Giclée Cards" that have the same archival proprieties as the giclée prints.
Produced in sets of 10 or 20 for 5x7 Aurora natural or white; also as sets of 15 or 30 for 4x6 Premium white. They come with matching envelopes. Cards are generally ordered with giclée prints, which include color matching.
We also offer giclée 5x7 single sided postcards by set of 10 without envelopes.
Restoration and retouching is available on any digital file or print. By means of digital manipulation we can repair, adjust, remove, or touch up any damaged or distracting flaws found in your image. We will provide you with the new and corrected digital file on a CD, your flash drive or dropbox.

We offer custom photo printing size up to 60" wide on traditional glossy, luster, matte, flex and metallic papers.
All files are cleaned, cropped and color adjusted to match your proof or printed to give you the very best image quality.
All our canvas prints are hand varnished with a non-yellowing museum grade UV sealer that protects from light fading in normal environment.
We use 3/16" black gator board for standard print mounting. Canvas stretches bars are 3/4" thick for regular stretches. We offer canvas gallery wrap in 1", 1.5" or 2" thickness.
